With over 30 years in the industry, Sam has held senior positions across several multinational property firms, working across a range of asset classes and building a deep network of industry connections. That experience laid the foundations for Norman, which he founded in 2016.

Over the past decade, Sam has grown the business into a significant player in the industrial, logistics and self-storage sectors — known for a personable approach to every relationship, backed by sharp business acumen and a consistent focus on results.

Sara brings a background in operations, change management and business strategy, having worked across Europe and Australia in project management and organisational leadership roles before joining Norman.

She holds an MBA and a Master in Agile Project Management, and has built her career working across a range of industries and countries.

At Norman, Sara oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, keeping projects on track and the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Andrew is a CPA with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, corporate advisory and business management. He has worked closely with private businesses, SMEs and family offices, providing strategic financial advice and supporting growth, governance and commercial decision-making.

As CFO at Norman, Andrew oversees the financial management and governance of the business, bringing a practical and commercially focused approach that supports the company's continued growth and long-term success.
