Wildes Hotel is a departure from Norman’s industrial portfolio, but a solid example of the same approach applied to a different asset class. Purchased in 2021 and sold in early 2023, the project involved the complete refurbishment of a dilapidated motel in the heart of Kangaroo Valley NSW.

The scope included three additional rooms, a full rebrand of the hotel and restaurant, and the addition of a bar, bringing the property to 26 rooms before a very successful EOI campaign.
