Norman Property and Trumen Corp have developed a standalone, state of the art self-storage facility in Forestville on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
The facility will be managed by Wilson Self Storage who manage a number of self-storage facilities in Victoria and New South Wales. The Wilson Storage Forestville project comprises prime self-storage set over a ground floor and two upper levels. The project includes a separate retail and office space as well as a net storage area of approximately 5,600m2 and 290m2 of showroom and office space. We intend to continue ongoing ownership and management of the facility.
