Purchased in 2021, completed in 2022, and sold in early 2023, the Wildes Hotel project involved the complete refurbishment and sale of a previously dilapidated motel.
The project comprised of the addition of three extra rooms, complete re-branding of the hotel and restaurant, addition of a bar, commencement of commercial trading, marketing, and sale of the property.
Located in the heart of Kangaroo Valley NSW, the 26 rooms include warm spacious fitouts with showcasing views of lush gardens, the historic village and mountains.
