The site when purchased consisted of two dilapidated heritage homes and a large rear yard with rear lane access. The site was subdivided into 3 lots and an approval for 11 apartments was granted on the rear lot, which was later sold to an external developer. The two heritage homes were renovated in line with their former glory and sold off separately.
