The site when purchased consisted of two dilapidated heritage homes and a large rear yard with rear lane access. The site was subdivided into 3 lots and an approval for 11 apartments was granted on the rear lot, which was later sold to an external developer. The two heritage homes were renovated in line with their former glory and sold off separately.
9-11 WESTON STREET – ROSE HILL, NSW
A raw site was acquired, and development approval gained for the construction of 68 apartments. The site was later sold to an external developer.
150 CARRINGTON STREET – QUEENS PARK, NSW
Completed in 2022, the development involved the conversion of a heritage listed residence into 5 apartments and the construction of a new attached building with an additional 4 apartments. The site overlooks Queens Park with spectacular views over the park to the Sydney CBD and beyond to the Blue Mountains. The site is ideally located and within walking distance of both Bondi Junction and Bronte Beach.
